ETA:  Whatever, this movie is awesome.  I forgot about the Julie Andrews factor.

Between the beginning of June and now I've got three or four posts of it ;)

OMG you didn't know he was Kirk? LOL. His hair is a bit... less flattering than his Kirk hair.

You can totally see it once you know, though, right?

And don't they have ridiculous chemistry for a Disney movie?

They do have ridiculous chemistry for a Disney movie; it's far more sexual than most of the Mouse's films get. I will say that I think Pine could have chemistry with a rock, though.

I LOVED the first one--my mom and I went to see it. This one was a lot more ridiculous, but my GOD, the Chris Pine sexual tension level was at Maximum Threat or whatever "red" is technically defined as.

I caught the credits last night and immediately set it to DVR when they replayed it this morning. CAPTAIN KIRK BEING HOT AND FLIRTY FTW

(Also, Julie Andrews makes everything 1000% more awesome.)
